School of Environment and Sustainability

Solutions to environmental issues require research and collaboration that bridge academic specialties and work across disciplines. At the University of Saskatchewan School of Environment and Sustainability (SENS) in Saskatoon, graduate students examine sustainability issues with diverse and varied perspectives to develop potential solutions to some of the most pressing challenges of our time. 

Graduate program options include the course-based Master of Sustainable Environmental Management, and the thesis-based Master of Environment and Sustainability and Doctor of Philosophy in Environment and Sustainability.  Students may enter the programs from a variety of backgrounds, including natural sciences, engineering, social sciences, business or arts and humanities.
