Hanlon Centre presents Going Global Series

by Jan Kalinowski

The Hanlon Centre for International Business Studies was proud to partner with the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) to present FITT's Going Global training series this fall. The Going Global series introduced U of S students to concepts like international finance, culture, and other aspects of global business.

The Hanlon Centre brought in industry experts to teach the seminars so students could benefit from their experience in:

  • International Trade
  • International Trade Research
  • International Marketing
  • International Trade Finance
  • Cultural Aspects of International Trade
  • Global Supply Chain Management

The fall series was well received, with over 50 participants in attendance from across the campus. Fifteen students completed the entire series of workshops, and received a certificate recognizing their grasp of these introductory aspects of international business.

The Hanlon Centre will offer the Going Global Series later this year. Watch their website for more information.
