At the end of the program, the instructors assess two areas of the students' performance. The first area is in the writing assignments and exams, and the second area is in legal analysis skills, writing skills, and work habits. In order to pass the program, students must achieve at least 60% in each of the components (Personal, Real, and Aboriginal Property). The final grade and the overall assessment and recommendation are sent to the students and to the law school they choose.
