How to join the main Research News mailing list

Research News is produced approximately twice monthly to inform the campus community and key outside partners about news and developments regarding research, scholarly, and artistic activity at the U of S.

Subscribing using the below directions will sign you up for the main list for Research News, administered from the Research Communications office in the Office of the Vice-President Research. Research News is distributed in several ways, so if you subscribe to one or more of these other lists, you might get multiple copies.

How do I subscribe to Research News?

Send an e-mail to research_news-request@usask.ca

  1. Leave the "Subject" line blank
  2. In the body of the message text, type "subscribe research_news-l" (without the quotation marks)
  3. Do not include anything else in the message (v-cards, signature lines, etc.)

How do I cancel my subscription to Research News?

Send an email to research_news-request@usask.ca

  1. Leave the "Subject" line blank
  2. In the body of the message text, type "unsubscribe research_news-l" (without the quotation marks)
  3. Do not include anything else in the message (v-cards, signature lines, etc.)

Can I sign up a colleague to receive Research News?

Not directly. You must subscribe and unsubscribe yourself to this list. You are, however, encouraged to direct colleagues to this page (http://www.usask.ca/research/communications/subscribe.php) to subscribe themselves to Research News.

Can I post my own items to the list?

No. This list is reserved solely for Research News or items directly related to the newsletter. You will only be able to receive messages from this list.

I have an item I'd like considered for Research News. Where do I send it?

Items that provide information and celebrate research, scholarly, and artistic work at the U of S are most welcome. Submissions of items for consideration for inclusion in Research News should be sent to research.communications@usask.ca after you've checked out our editorial guidelines.
