The University of Saskatchewan Industry Liaison Office would like to thank Michael Chubb for being the 2012 Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EinR) for the College of Agriculture and Bioresources and Western College of Veterinary Medicine at the U of S.

Michael is a native of Saskatoon and recently took over leadership of the Saskatoon Colostrum Company Ltd after 15 years of international experience in a variety of roles including business development, marketing, sales, general management, and consulting. He has worked in small as well as multinational businesses involved in manufacturing and marketing nutraceuticals, natural health products, and medical foods. He was Bioriginal Food & Science Corporationâ€™s Director of Value Added Sales for the USA, Canada, & South America. He was responsible for consumer product quality assurance testing and auditing. For Shuster Laboratories Inc., now Specialized Technology Resources or STR, he was Vice President Sales & Marketing, as well as responsible for corporate certification and international trade assurance. He also worked for Société Générale de Surveillance, where he held several positions including Global Business Development Manager and Director of Marketing and Sales, North America.
Mike has a strong background in structuring and managing strategic partnerships, distribution channels, branding strategies, and multimedia marketing. Having worked in Taiwan, Scotland, Switzerland, S. Africa, Australia, the USA & Canada, Michael also has a strong appreciation for all the factors that are essential to the growth and development of regulated manufacturing businesses in international markets. A family man, a road warrior and a team builder, Michael is an enthusiastic experienced new initiative driver prepared and equipped to counsel young talent, new teams and enterprises to new heights.
