The EinR Program Requires from Colleges and Departments

The ILO coordinates and supports this program financially. To really make the program a success, we also need a commitment from the participating college or department to provide a lead who will:

• Participate in the selection of the EinR candidate
• Introduce the EinR to the college / department
• Identify and provide support to organize speaking opportunities
• Continued promotion throughout the length of the program
• Provide occasional office space with phone / email access
