Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI)
In March 2005, the CFI Board of Directors approved the new funding program structure for the period 2005 to 2010. For information regarding the CFI's current and discontinued funds, please visit the CFI Funds page of the CFI website.
NEW On August 6, 2010, Industry Canada announced that $182-million of the $600-million announced as part of Canada's Economic Action Plan in 2009 will be invested in the Leaders Opportunity Fund to ensure that the CFI continues its mandate in 2012 and beyond (see full announcement).
