| Institutional Programs |
The Institutional Programs Office (IPO) is the central administrative unit for three federally funded institutional programs including the Canada Research Chairs (CRC), Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI), and Federal Indirect Costs Program (FICP). The IPO is responsible for the coordination of the application development and review process, the development of efficient and effective administrative procedures to ensure program compliance and fiscal responsibility, management of award administration, management of all required reporting (funding agencies, senior administration, Board of Governors), and support of communications efforts. The CRC Oversight Committee, the CFI Advisory Committee, and the IC Advisory Committee provide administrative oversight for the CRC, CFI, and FICP, respectively.
