Exceptional Opportunities Fund
In instances where an exceptional research opportunity would be missed if a project had to wait the normal time period of a national competition before a decision is rendered, a rapid response mechanism has been created that will further assist institutions and their partners to participate in unique opportunities for exceptional and innovative research enabled by infrastructure.
