| Eligibility: | Researchers in Canadian universities and in government or corporate research laboratories whose research has been funded at least in part by NSERC are eligible to be nominated. |
| Value: | The winning individual or team will receive a research grant of $250,000. |
| Application Procedures: | Nomination packages must include several components including a letter of nomination, support documentation, contact information for potential external referees who are at arm's length from the research, and authorization from the institution. See website for details. |
