Payment Procedure

When you receive a letter of offer, a deposit is required:
$1000.00 for Voyageur Place, $500.00 for Seager Wheeler Hall, and $825 for the College Quarter Residence.

Payment for accommodation in a one or two bedroom apartment in Souris, Assiniboine, and Wollaston Halls is payable monthly in advance. Upon acceptance a deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required and is applied to the first month's rent.

Received applications are placed on a waiting list (first come first served). As apartments become available, letters of offer will be sent out. When you receive a letter of offer a deposit will be required in order to hold your space (as mentioned above). If you choose not to accept your offer your application will be canceled.

Application Fees

Effective May 1, 2007 all applications will need a $20 payment to be completed.
