Move in Dates

Move in Dates for Fall/Winter Session 2011-2012

Seager Wheeler  Monday August 29  8:30am - 4:30pm

Voyageur Place  Tuesday August 30 8:30am - 4:30pm

College Quarter  Wednesday August 31 8:30am - 4:30pm

Move in registration on the above dates takes place in the Gold Lounge in Athabasca Hall.

Students will not be permitted to move in prior to the move in dates.

If you are a Husky Athlete or your courses start prior to the move in day(s) please contact the Residence Office. You will be required to provide documentation.  Requests will be reviewed but are not guaranteed.

If your classes begin prior to move in dates or you are enrolled in Math Readiness you will be required to e-mail the Residence Office and make a formal request to move in early.  You will be required to provide documentation.  Requests will be reviewed but are not guaranteed.

Please book your flights or arrange your travel to correspond with the move in dates and times.

If you are arriving prior to the move in dates it is important you make alternate accommodation arrangements.
