McEown Park is the grouping of four high-rise buildings located just south of the main campus. These four buildings include Assinboine Hall and Wollaston Hall (1 and 2 bedroom apartments for upper year students), Souris Hall (2 bedroom apartments for students with children) and Seager Wheeler Hall (6 bedroom apartments). There is an office in Seager to deal with maintenance and cleaning concerns in McEown Park. All business related to your lease, payments, and applications are dealt with through the main Residence Office in Saskatchewan Hall 128.
Souris Hall offers accommodation for families in 67 apartments. The apartments feature a kitchen, living-dining room, two bedrooms, and bathroom. The apartments are furnished with a fridge, stove, and drapes. Floors are carpeted except the kitchen and bathroom. Some apartments are tiled. Optional cable and Internet service is available through a service provider of your choice. A common room is located on the ground floor and there is a playground behind the building. You also get a locker on the ground floor to store your family's extra items. Coin-operated laundry is available on each floor.
Waiting lists for space in Souris Hall can be quite lengthy. It will take one to two years to get an apartment.
The Tenant will use the Apartment solely for the purpose of a residence for him/herself and his/her spouse, if any, and his/her children, to a maximum of 4 people including children.
Assiniboine & Wollaston Halls offer accommodation for upper year single students and couples without children. Assiniboine Hall has 23 two-bedroom and 84 one-bedroom apartments. Wollaston Hall has 21 two-bedroom and 83 one-bedroom apartments. The apartments are furnished with a fridge, stove, and drapes.
You also get ample closet space and one-bedroom apartments recieve a locker for your extra belongings like off-season clothing or sports equipment. Floors are carpeted except the kitchen and bathroom. Some apartments are tiled. Each building has a large lounge area and a coin-operated laundry room on the top floor. Optional cable and Internet service is available through a service provider of your choice. These apartments are not available to first-year students.

*As of May 1 2011 two bedroom units will be rented out per bedroom, meaning that there will be two lease holders per apartment and are geared at single students.

Seager Wheeler is a multicultural living environment housing people from all over the world.
It provides accommodation for single students who share a furnished six bedroom apartment. Furnishings includes dining table and chairs, fridge, freezer, stove, living room furniture, table lamps, desks, chairs, beds, and built-in closets. All you need to bring is your own cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, and linen.
Each bedroom has a sink for your personal use, and there is a central bathroom with showers in each apartment. Vacuum cleaners are available. You also get a locker next to the apartment to keep your extra stuff. Laundry is a quick trip up the elevator to the coin-op, where you can wash and dry your clothes. While waiting for the washer and dryer, you can go have some fun, chat with other residents, or simply relax watching cable television in the lounge, which is also on the top floor. Parking is available. You must apply for a parking space at the Parking Office, which is located in the Animal Science building.
