$150-$275/event + ammenities (Catering, A/V rentals, etc.)

Additional room charges apply for sessions with more than 80 attendees at the University Club and Louis/Louis Loft.

The SECC can help coordinate your on-campus event. If you need to host an Information, Briefing or Testing session, the SECC will work with you to make your event a success.

Service includes:

  • On-campus facility, catering and audio visual bookings
  • Advertising to students and RSVP collection

The University Club

The University Club is a beautiful field stone building that was constructed in 1912. Nestled in a well-treed landscaped lot, the University Club is convenient to all campus locations.

Our lounge space is both relaxing and hip. Leather couches, contemporary art and soft lighting make this the perfect spot for a relaxing drink with friends or a private cocktail party or wine and cheese reception.

Louis'

Browsers Café

Set on a beautiful location near the heart of the University campus, Louis' facilities and staff have everything you need to hold your next event. With a large outdoor deck, a fully stocked bar, and a range of food services including professionally catered meals, and buffet or full plated service, Louis' is ready to serve you. Catering options can include buffets, receptions, breakfast, lunch and dessert.

This is a closed off section of Louis, that has a partitioned wall, and features room to both mingle, and sit down.

This is a semi-quiet section within Louis that does not have a partitioned wall. It features booth seating.


Browsers Café

Browsers is located in the upper level of the Memorial Union Building, same building as Louis'. Come enjoy the surroundings provided by the beautiful marble Memorial Fireplace and natural light in this award winning facility with comfortable seating for over 60 people. Browsers brew fair trade coffee and teas, specialty beverages like caramel macchiatos, espresso, cappuccinos, lattes and mochas, and wine and liqueurs. Plus, you can snack on fair trade chocolate bars, trail mix, and granola bars or the full Louis' menu. Browsers can be rented after hours for smaller meetings or receptions, alcohol or non-alcohol events.
