The SECC can help coordinate your on-campus event. If you need to host an Information or Briefing Session, the SECC will work with you to make your event a success.

Service includes:

  • On-campus facility, catering and audio visual bookings
  • Advertising to students and RSVP collection

The University Club is a beautiful field stone building that was constructed in 1912. Nestled in a well-treed landscaped lot, the University Club is convenient to all campus locations.

Browsers Café

Set on a beautiful location near the heart of the University campus, Louis' facilities and staff have everything you need to hold your next event. With a large outdoor deck, a fully stocked bar, and a range of food services including professionally catered meals, and buffet or full plated service, Louis' is ready to serve you. Catering options can include buffets, receptions, breakfast, lunch and dessert.

Louis' Loft

Louis' Loft is located in the upper level of the Memorial Union Building, the same building as Louis'. Come enjoy the surroundings provided by the beautiful marble Memorial Fireplace and natural light in this award winning facility with comfortable seating for over 60 people. Browsers brew fair trade coffee and teas, specialty beverages like caramel macchiatos, espresso, cappuccinos, lattes and mochas, and wine and liqueurs. Plus, you can snack on fair trade chocolate bars, trail mix, and granola bars or the full Louis' menu. Browsers can be rented after hours for smaller meetings or receptions, alcohol or non-alcohol events.

Classrooms can be booked in various colleges on campus. View a complete listing of classrooms or take a virtual tour of select rooms. Note that there is no food or drink allowed in classrooms.

Agriculture Atrium


The Agriculture Atrium is located in the heart of the Agriculture Building on campus and is named in honour of Leo F. Krisjanson, president of the University of Saskatchewan, 1980-1989, who brought the dream of an agricultural sciences complex to fruition. The space is open and features natural light. Sessions in the Atrium are restricted to Agriculture employers only.
