Graduate Student Awards

The School has a small number of scholarships for graduate students. Additionally, the University offers scholarships through the Dean’s Scholarship awards. Students need not apply separately for this award; however, they must apply by February 15 to be considered.

Students in the M.E.S and Ph.D. programs must apply for all funding for which they qualify. Canadian citizens or landed immigrants with sufficient GPAs must apply to one of the Tri-Councils for scholarships. Additionally, faculty will work with students to secure other funding sources. To be eligible for scholarship funding, Ph.D. students must have obtained at least 80% in the last two years of study.

Students may also qualify for awards offered by the University of Saskatchewan or external groups. For more information on awards available to students, please visit:
