Student Theses
MES student Sarah Welter presents her research.
Students in the Master of Environment and
Sustainability (MES) and PhD in Environment and Sustainability programs are
required to complete a research thesis on an environment and sustainability
topic of their choice. Students are guided by their supervisors and advisory
committees to explore the meaning and practice of interdisciplinary research by
considering a wide range of scientific, technical, political, social, economic
and institutional factors that shape environmental and sustainability problems,
their management and their solutions. Students create, analyze and synthesize
research data to develop a substantive area of expertise in their field of
study.
Below are select theses completed by SENS students.
