Notes:

  • The N grades and revoking of Faculty Actions processes will remain the same with Colleges submitting these through the appropriate channels.
    N grades: No credit allowed by the college of registration
    Revoking Faculty Actions: Colleges will continue to email Registrarial Services (grades@usask.ca) stating that the Faculty Action can be removed.  Registrarial Services will remove the Faculty Action and any N grades that may have been put on.
  • It is important to use the correct term (it will default to the 07 term of the current calendar year).  If an incorrect term is used, all records will then have to be removed manually.
     
  • A blank page may display when only one ID is entered.  Staff should refer to the email they receive or the Publisher Report to ensure that the Faculty Action has been assigned.

*This code is no longer in use and has been replaced with a new code to reflect a college name change.
