Information Technology & Communications

The Information Technology & Communications unit works collaboratively with, and in support of, all of the units of the Student & Enrolment Services Division and the campus community to advance the quality of student life and learning.

The unit leverages a broad knowledge of the student experience and information and communication technology, delivering integrated support and innovative solutions to meet the needs of the Student & Enrolment Services Division. By providing expertise and service in information technology and communications, the unit ensures that the services and initiatives of SESD are of relevance to and reach students, the University community and its stakeholders in an effective and timely fashion.

The unit also represents SESD on cross-campus initiatives such as the PAWS portal, where information technology and communication are used to improve the student experience.
