Titles are now being accepted for the 2012 Soils and Crops Conference
- All oral paper and poster titles MUST be submitted by December 15, 2011. To submit a paper, send in your name, authorship information and personal information as outlined on the submision form plus the title and a brief three-sentence descriptor (short summary) covering the key points of the paper. The short summary will be used to group the oral papers / posters accordingly.
- Oral paper and poster presenters are required to register for the conference.
- Presenters will be notified in January regarding the acceptance of their oral paper or poster.
- All presenters (poster and oral paper) are strongly encouraged to submit a 3 to 6 page summary of their presentation for the post-conference proceedings.
- Summaries must be supplied in an electronic form no later than March 31, 2012. Failure to submit by this date will result in papers not being published in post-conference proceedings.
- Presenters will be given guidance regarding the preparation of the presentation for the proceedings
- Poster presenters are encouraged to have 50 copies of an 8 1/2 x 11 inch page size version of their poster for distribution during the poster session
