Perfusion Chromatography

The BioCAD ® Sprint Perfusion Chromatography system available at the SSSC is an integrated system designed for routine execution of chromatographic methods for the purifcation and analysis of biomolecules. The BioCAD ® Sprint system is also designed for purification method development, where variables such as flow rate, pH, gradient slope, salt concentration, and others can easily be optimized for a particular system.
