I chose St. Andrew's because of the emphasis on the integration of our theological studies with practical ministry experience and community involvement.
St. Andrew's blessed my life with social struggles and deep faith.
St. Andrew's prepared me
for a lifetime of ministry
and congregational service.
I grew in confidence over time, due in large part to the support of teachers, family and friends and the tenacious presence of the Spirit.
I am grateful for what I have experienced and learned from
St. Andrew’s College including
a strong sense of community.
Community life at St. Andrew's is centered around worship in the St. Andrew's Chapel. During the fall and winter semesters, chapel meets three mornings a week. Worship leadership is provided by our students, faculty, Pastor in Residence, and visiting worship leaders. While on campus our students are expected to be regular participants and leaders in chapel worship. On several occasions each semester joint worship is held with our colleagues in the Saskatoon Theological Union and throughout the year a number of special chapel services are held to celebrate the Feast of St. Andrew's, our Affirming Ministry, convocation and other significant events in the life of the community.
Students from the University of Saskatchewan, friends of the college and members of the community are welcomed into the St. Andrew's worshiping community during chapel.
Chapel services are held Monday and Wednesday (with communion) at 11:40 a.m. and generally conclude by 12:15 p.m. The latest schedule of chapel services is available for download.
