Aquatic Toxicology Research Facility

Aquatic Toxicology Research Facility

The 440 m2 Aquatic Toxicology Research Facility (ATRF) is housed in the Toxicology Centre and is the only facility of its type in Canada. The ATRF was designed as a self-sufficient, multi-user facility that is available for use by both Canadian and International investigators through research partnerships with Toxicology Centre researchers.

The ATRF Manager oversees the use of the aquatic facility and is available as a resource for setting up experiments. Due to the self-sufficient nature of the ATRF, a fee structure has been developed to meet the costs of equipment maintenance and facility up-keep. In addition, specialized services and equipment are also available to researchers at an additional cost. For further information on the costs associated with the use of the ATRF, please see the ATRF website or contact the ATRF Manager.

For further information on the Aquatic Toxicology Research Facility, please contact the ATRF Manager, Dr. Jason Raine; Tel: (306) 966-6287; E-mail: jason.raine@usask.ca.
