Current and Recent Research Projects

Research: Is to evaluate the effects of metal mixtures from a waterborne and dietary perspective using rainbow trout and fathead minnows. The use of the two species is so that reproductive endpoints can be evaluated in great detail using the fathead minnows and tissue specific endpoints such as gene expression and oxidative stress can be evaluated in rainbow trout. Where the data from both species will then be integrated to better understand metal mixtures in the aquatic environment.
