Monday: Herb and Dijon Marinated Chicken, Beef Stroganoff with Penne Noodles and Lentil, Barley Sheppard Pie
Tuesday: Stuffed Pork Loin with Red Wine Demi Glaze, Spinach Pesto Gnocchi with Roasted Vegetables and White Balsamic Peach Chicken
Wednesday: Carolina Style BBQ Ribs, Jalapeno Hush Puppies with Lime Aioli and Creole Corn on the Cob
Thursday: Carved Prime Rib with Yorkshire Pudding, Fusilli al Mascarpone, Fennel and Cherry Tomato Gratin
Friday: Paella, Tahitian Lime Red Snapper with Pico de Gallo and Crab legs with drawn butter and lemon
We will be taking reservations to our maximum of 100 in the dining room. The lounge will remain available on a first come, first come serve basis.
