I love meeting new people, hanging with friends, travelling, reading (novels), watching television. This is my first year as a PAL peer mentor, and I am soo excited. It is gonna be loads of fun.

Cooper is a fourth year student majoring in International Studies. His two biggest passions in life are travelling and Little Caesars $5 Hot and Ready Pizzas (which cannot be purchased outside North America, hence the internal struggle that threatens to consume his very being). Cooper also enjoys drumming, hiking, canoeing, trail running and a nice pint of Guinness. He is a huge fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, if you need a favor from him- begin by insulting the Yankees or talking about Brett Lawrie's defense at 3rd base and he will be forever yours. After completing his studies, Cooper hopes to pursue a Masters degree in jail so he can become tougher and will not have to cook. Until then, he is excited to be a PAL!

I just recently graduated with my Education degree, and now I am returning to the University to finish my Chemistry degree.  My first teaching area is Chemistry and my second is Biology.  When I am not busy with school, I enjoy drinking tea, swimming, drawing, and reading something that I do not have to write an essay on.  I love the Harry Potter books, and I would like to read the original Sherlock Holmes stories at some point this year.  This is my third year in the PAL Program.  I am excited to be back and I am looking forward to the rest of the term.

I lived in Yellowknife for six years, soaking up the midnight sun in the summer and freezing while enthralled by the northern lights in the winter.
