Psychology 110.6: An introduction to the scientific study of human behavior, dealing with the essential problems of psychology, the methods of investigation, and the advances which have been made in some of the major fields such as motivation, perception, learning and personality.
Sociology 111.3: One of a two-part introduction to the discipline of sociology, the study of society. It examines theories and methods of studying changes to the nature and organization of society from pre-modern to modern and post-modern. Students will be introduced to core sociological concepts used to understand social inequality, social order, social change, and globalization.
English 110.6: An introduction to the main kinds of literature. In addition to learning the tools of critical analysis, students will study and practice composition.
