What is the most frequently asked question at the reference desk?

I think that the question we answer the most, at the reference desk, from my experience in the main library - and keep in mind that the main library is for the Social Sciences and Humanities, and it's very different than the other branches on campus, in the professional colleges - I would say that the most common questions have to do with 'what are journal articles and how can I find them?' And, at the time when papers are due, the most common question is, 'How do I cite articles or books for my paper?' Definitely one of the more common questions has to do with defining and finding journal articles.
