Eye Certification Registry

The Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) Eye Certification Registry examinations are ophthalmic exams performed by diplomates of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists (ACVO).

Board-certified veterinary ophthalmologists assess dogs for the presence or absence of observable hereditary ocular disease.

Eye certifications are an important part of the routine health screening practised by responsible dog breeders to produce healthy puppies.

To schedule an OFA Eye Certification Registry examination, please call the WCVM Small Animal Clinic at 306-966-7126.
