Mandate:

Advise on the management of the University's Indirect Costs Fund as required as part of the annual proposal and reporting/audit process.

Membership:

• Vice-President Research (Chair)
• Representative from the Research, Scholarly and Artistic Work Committee
• Two Representatives from the Associate/Assistant Deans Research Forum
• Associate Vice-President Financial Services
• Representative from the Budget Committee

• Director, Research Services
• Manager, Innovation Programs Unit
• Managing Director, Industry Liaison Office
