SSHRC Transformation at the University of Saskatchewan

SSHRC SSHRC

The Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) is making a number of important changes to its funding structures and goals. SSHRC is presently consulting with universities, colleges, community partners, scholarly organizations, and governments to receive feedback on how it can become a more flexible and well-funded supporter of Canadian researchers.

This website contains information about the SSHRC Transformation Process. It also provides a way for you to respond to SSHRC's proposals for change. The SSHRC Transformation Process represents a crucial point in the history of social sciences and humanities funding in Canada; it is equally crucial that we play a role in the process at the University of Saskatchewan by informing ourselves about it, reflecting on it, and responding to it.
