National Water Research Institute scientist recognized with top research paper award
Environment Canada research scientist Philip Marsh was honoured by the American Geophysical Union as author of one of the top 5 papers in the journal Water Resources Research. Marsh and co-author Lance Lesack from Simon Fraser University received this award for their article title River-to-lake connectivities, water renewal, and aquatic habitat diversity in the Mackenzie River Delta. The announcement was made at the AGU Fall Meeting in San Francisco, California, December 5-9, 2011.
