New graduate course in water management starting September 2013

The Department of Geography and Planning at the University of Saskatchewan has unveiled a new water management course to begin in September 2013 (Term 1). 

Geography 898, a three-credit graduate-level course, will be taught by Dr. Bob Patrick.

Topics to be covered include:

  • water governance in Canada, 
  • Indigenous water perspectives, 
  • watershed planning, 
  • urban water management, 
  • source water protection, 
  • water soft path and 
  • water security.
