Poster presentations

Posters may be set up on early Monday morning. They may be taken down at the end of the meeting on Tuesday afternoon. The posters will be available for viewing all day.

Specifications and guidance for layout of posters:

• Posters should be easily read from a distance of two to three metres.
• Title headings — at least four centimetres (cm) in height (120 point).
• Main text — at least one cm in height (28 point).

Allocation of display space:

• Each poster will be allocated display space on poster boards of 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height).

Availability for questions:

• Each poster presenter should be available for questions during at least one of the coffee breaks on each conference day for questions from conference attendees.

Oral Presentations

Each presenter in the CAVEPM 2013 conference meeting will have a 15-minute time slot. This includes a 10- to 12-minute presentation and three to five minutes for questions and answers. Your specific time slot will be indicated in the program.

Please bring your presentation (PowerPoint format) on the day you are scheduled to present. Regardless of whether you are presenting in the morning or the afternoon, please show up between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. on the morning of your presentation day so the IT staff can upload your presentation.
