The conference registration fees include lunches, coffee breaks and the workshop dinner event.
The registration fees for the workshop include lunches, coffee breaks and one social dinner event.
GST is included in the registration fees.
A 75 per cent refund will be given for cancellations received on or before March 25th, 2013. No refund will be issued after this date; delegate substitution will be permitted upon written request.
