Research



The department has an active research program involving large animal domestic species and captive hoof stock. Faculty interests include studies in animal behavior, arthrology, biomechanics, epidemiology, gastrointestinal pathophysiology, immunology, infectious disease, nutrition, pharmacology, reproductive physiology and wound healing.
