The Western College of Veterinary Medicine (WCVM) has a dedicated faculty and a supportive staff who are committed to providing the best support possible to students. WCVM currently has 78.5 budgeted, full-time faculty, while approximately 30 others hold positions as clinical associates, interns, professional affiliates, associates and associate members. In addition, WCVM has a staff complement of approximately 140 employees.
Throughout the year, western Canadian veterinary clinics frequently contact the College's Student Services about promoting career opportunities to veterinary students at the WCVM.
