Job Description: We currently have a full time position available for a Beef Veterinary Technical Consultant, located in southern Alberta, Canada. This position will give you an opportunity to work closely with a highly energized, committed and competent Elanco team from across Canada helping to deliver value and technical support to Bovine veterinarians, beef producers, nutritionists and food supply chain. As well, this opportunity will provide the opportunity to network globally with Elanco peers and industry colleagues.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess a DVM and have at least 3 years recent experience in the beef cattle industry.  DVM's with post graduate training in cattle production, nutrition or epidemiology would be an additional asset. Consideration will also be given to candidates with strong data management skills and the ability to conduct regulatory and field research trials. You must also have superb interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to work independently and be willing to travel within Canada.
