The Tracker Publication Archives
The Tracker was, at one time, a news magazine for the bison, elk and deer industries, reporting on events, meetings and conventions, auction and competition results, mostly from western Canada. In addition to news it sometimes featured information articles, and perhaps the most useful of these were written by veterinarian Gerald Hauer. Over the brief period when The Tracker was published, Gerald was an Alberta veterinary practitioner primarily working with bison, elk and deer.
