The Web Information Providers Group is comprised of web developers, managers and users across campus. Campus information providers communicate via the Web-IP mailing list. The group is moderated by the U of S central webmasters.

The Educational Technology Roundtable provides an opportunity for U of S faculty and staff to discuss the application of educational technology in teaching and learning. The group communicates through an email list managed by the Gwenna Moss Teaching and Learning Centre.

WebCT at the U of S provides support to students, instructors, teaching assistants, and designers. Campus WebCT users exchange information and make announcements via the WebCT-L mailing list. WebCT at the U of S is moderated by Kevin Lowey, Information Technology Services.

The Web Content Steering Committee is an ad hoc committee comprised of unit representatives across campus. The committee was responsible for the 2001 U of S Website Redesign Project. The group is moderated by the U of S central webmasters.
