This outline is provided to give a format for the interview at the end of an office
assessment. Intended as a memory aid rather than a rigid guide, it may be
modified at the discretion of the assessor.

After the PEP committee reviews the assessor’s report, you will receive a copy of
the final report and a letter giving the committee’s final assessment (
that this may be up to two months from date of assessment
PEP will also send you a questionnaire asking for your feedback regarding your
impression of the PEP assessment and whether the suggestions were helpful.
