Feeling overwhelmed with the holidays around the corner?

LifeWorks can help!

You probably have a lot on your mind this month. On top of your regular daily commitments, this is the time of year when you’re preparing for the holidays, gathering with family and friends, getting used to chillier temperatures, and wrapping up end-of-year responsibilities.

With so much on-the-go, it’s okay to feel overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious. In fact, we encourage you to acknowledge it!

But if it’s starting to feel like it’s all too much, LifeWorks offers many helpful resources for you to check out.

Stress Management Toolkit

This toolkit offers resources to help you identify and manage the stresses in your life. Get started with the toolkit’s article about managing stress -- it describes the signs, symptoms, and causes of stress, and offers helpful tips on stress management. Then revisit the toolkit for more resources.
