To find an equipment solution for your multimedia needs, email to request a consultation. A needs analysis will be conducted followed by a formal equipment recommendation, design and quote.

Proceeding with a Project

Following the consultation and booking of an equipment project, our team will manage the project from beginning to end. This includes equipment procurement, initiation of work requests with FMD when infrastructure work is needed, provision of required networks, installation of all equipment by our technical team, system testing, and user training. 

Ongoing Support of Projects

When the deliverables of a project have been met and the system is operational, our technicians support the installed equipment. This includes warranty, repair, routine maintenance, and technical support. In addition, systems installed in teaching spaces used for teaching and learning also enter the Classroom Renewal Program.

Classroom Renewal Program

Central funding is available to cover installation and/or renewal of multimedia equipment in teaching and learning spaces. The Classroom Renewal Program Prioritization and Planning Working Group makes annual recommendations to the Steering Committee based on eligibility and prioritization criteria with prioritization being given to spaces with no multimedia equipment. In addition to covering new and renewed installation projects, the fund covers the cyclical renewal of equipment in all teaching and learning spaces.
