Schedule a WebEx Meeting

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://usask.webex.com. If you have already logged in to a service using PAWS during your browser session, you will automatically go to step 4.
  2. Click Log In in the upper right corner of the window.
  3. Log in using your NSID and password
  4. You will return to the Meeting Center page, and your NSID will be displayed in the upper right corner of the screen. If the Meeting Center isn't displayed, click the Meeting Center tab.
  5. From the menu on the left of the screen, click the arrow next to Host a Meeting to show the options, then select Schedule a Meeting.

  1. On the Schedule a Meeting page, enter a meeting topic (title) and password (recommended), and specify the date, time, and duration. In the Attendees field, enter the email addresses for everyone you want to invite to the meeting.
  2. Click Schedule Meeting or Start.
    1. NOTE: The Start button is displayed if you schedule a meeting within 15 minutes of the meeting's start time.
  3. A meeting summary will be displayed where you may edit, delete, or add the meeting to your calendar. You may also start the meeting by clicking the Start button.

Launch a scheduled meeting

 When it is time for your meeting:

  1. Go to https://usask.webex.com. If necessary, log in as shown in steps 1 to 3 of Schedule a WebEx Meeting, above.
  2. Click the Meeting Center tab.
  3. Within Host a Meeting on left side menu, click on My Meetings:

  1. Click the Start button next to the meeting you want to begin. This will launch the WebEx Meeting Center application and begin your meeting.

As another option, when you schedule a meeting you should receive a confirmation e-mail that includes a Join WebEx meeting link. Clicking this link is another way to launch the WebEx Meeting Center application and begin your meeting.
