We are excited to announce that we have chosen to partner with SurveyMonkey for our research needs moving forward. The SurveyMonkey enterprise account will replace the services currently provided by FluidSurveys and includes many additional benefits that are not available through the basic free SurveyMonkey account.

SurveyMonkey is now available and members of the university community can begin signing up for the service through the U of S secure portal at

  • Log in with your NSID and Password
  • Select the ‘Create a New Account’ tab

Help and Support

The U of S provides assistance with access and authorization only. Please contact the IT Service Desk for assistance if you're having trouble logging in to SurveyMonkey with your U of S email account.

SurveyMonkey provides support for survey creation, design, setup, collection, troubleshooting, and exporting data. Please refer to their How to Contact SurveyMonkey page for assistance.

What does this mean for you?

  • If you currently have a FluidSurveys account, you will continue to have access through April 30th, 2018. After this date, FluidSurveys will be permanently shut down and you will no longer have access to the data. It will eventually be deleted. Please ensure you have exported any data you want to keep prior to April 30th.
  • If there are surveys you need to run between now and April 30th, we strongly encourage you to recreate and run them on SurveyMonkey.
  • If you have an existing SurveyMonkey account under your USask email address, there are a few steps you will need to complete prior to accessing the U of S enterprise account:
      • Log in to your current SurveyMonkey account with your U of S email address
      • Change your email address in the My Account section from your U of S email address to a personal email address (gmail, sasktel, hotmail, etc.)
      • Log in to the U of S enterprise account through the U of S SurveyMonkey portal using your university NSID and Password
      • Select the ‘Create a New Account’ tab

      • Surveys and data will remain in your personal account; however, surveys can be copied and transferred to your U of S enterprise account
