Volunteered papers

We welcome scientific submissions in topic areas suited to agronomy and horticulture, crop adaptation to change, or to technology transfer within crop advising / agronomy / horticulture.  The author, or one of the co-authors needs to be a society member.  To have a published abstract, one author from the poster or talk must be registered, paid up, and physically present at the conference to present the research.  The presenting author can present a talk (oral), or a poster, or both.  A maximum of two posters for the presenting author is permitted.  We will honor the presenting author’s choice of a talk or poster where possible, but we reserve the right to accept or reject an abstract submitted as a volunteered paper, or to change the presentation type (talk or poster) to fit into our program schedule.

Abstract submission has been EXTENDED and is open until midnight May 15, 2012
