Application Procedures
The application for admission is online and will be available on August 1st.

All supporting documentation must be forwarded directly to Admissions, Student and Enrolment Services, University of Saskatchewan, 105 Administration Place, Saskatoon SK S7N 5A2. The deadline to receive documents in February 15.
Note: Completion of the pre-dentistry program does not guarantee admission. In 2005, the number of entering students was 28 (15 candidates under the Saskatchewan quota with the highest standing and 13 places for other candidates, including other Saskatchewan residents, with the highest standing).
Applicants who have been unsuccessful in gaining admission to the college are required to re-apply each year. Admission requirements are subject to change from year to year. Enquiries concerning admissions should be directed to the
College of Dentistry.
Transcripts
Applicants from non-Saskatchewan accredited post-secondary institutions must arrange for
two final, complete official transcripts to be forwarded by the appropriate institution(s) directly to Admissions, Student and Enrolment Services. Transcripts or statements of standing issued to students are unacceptable. Applicants who are presently attending classes in the second semester/term must ensure that these courses are indicated on the transcript for the current academic year. Applicants who previously attended or are currently attending the Universities of Regina or Saskatchewan are not required to request transcripts. Admissions, Student and Enrolment Services, will request transcripts on their behalf.
If transcripts/documents are in a language other than English, the applicant must submit an official notarized, word for word, English translation together with original documents. Calendars and/or course descriptions covering the completed courses must also be submitted.
Candidates who are interviewed must arrange for
two final and official, complete transcripts to be forwarded directly by the appropriate institution(s) to Admissions, Student and Enrolment Services, after the final marks for the second semester/term are available.
June 5th is the deadline to receive all final transcripts for candidates who are offered an interview. If the date occurs on a Saturday or Sunday, the deadline automatically becomes 4:30 p.m. on the previous Friday.
Postgraduate and Qualifying Programs
The college does not offer graduate level studies or a qualifying program at this time for dental graduates from other countries wishing to meet the requirements of the provincial licensing bodies.
