Off-Campus Meal Memberships and Declining Cash Balance (DCB) – Students living off-campus are able to purchase meal memberships and/or DCB cards. Declining Cash Balance cards work on the same principle as bank debit cards. Each time students make a purchase, the total cost of their meal is subtracted from the dollar balance in their account.
