Orientation
Orientation is an informative and exciting two-day program at the beginning of September that provides first-year students with the skills needed to succeed at the University of Saskatchewan. Orientation helps to familiarize new students with the campus and its services. Through Orientation, students will find their classes, tour campus and learn to balance the academic and non-academic aspects of university life. Orientation includes university-wide and college-specific information to ensure that students gain all the information they need. Informative sessions are presented by experienced upper-year students, university professors and experts at the University of Saskatchewan. These sessions are complemented by group barbeques, dances, bands and other entertaining social activities designed to help first-year students meet other first- and upper-year students.
Parent Orientation
Parent Orientation coincides with student Orientation and provides parents and guardians of first-year students with information relevant to parenting new university students.
