Men's health

The average life expectancy for Canadian men is four years less than women.

There are many reasons for this difference – for example:

  • Men are often reluctant to get support when they don’t feel well
  • Generally, there is a lack of awareness and understanding of men’s health issues
  • Men are not openly discussing their health and how they’re feeling

Regardless of the reason, LifeWorks offers many free and confidential resources to support men’s improved wellbeing to help them embody a healthier body, mind, and life.
